Monthly Mixers - Calendar of Events
Our monthly events are the heart of the Bay Area Travel Mixer.
Hosted at venues across the Bay Area, mixers are typically held on the fourth Wednesday of each month and provide a relaxed setting to connect with colleagues and build meaningful relationships within the travel industry.
We also encourage our supplier partners to bring advisors into the community. If there is an agent you enjoy working with, a top producer you want to support, or someone who would benefit from attending, you are welcome to sponsor their attendance and purchase a ticket on their behalf.
Mixers are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, January through October. We pause in November for Thanksgiving and host our annual holiday party in mid-December.
Event Experience
Based on feedback, we’re placing greater emphasis on more substantial food offerings at our events, along with two hosted beverages per guest, followed by a cash bar ($75 only goes so far in the Bay Area).
This allows us to create a more balanced, welcoming, and sustainable experience.
