The Bay Area Travel Mixer is a social and professional community created to bring together travel industry professionals from across Northern California.
Founded in 2026, the organization was created to foster connection, collaboration, and camaraderie among those who work in travel and hospitality. Our monthly gatherings provide a relaxed environment where advisors, suppliers, tour operators, cruise lines, hoteliers, and industry partners can come together to network, share ideas, and strengthen relationships within the travel community.
The Bay Area Travel Mixer operates as a 501(c)(7) Mutual Benefit Social Club.
The organization was established and funded by a volunteer Executive Committee made up of professionals actively working in the travel industry. Our goal is simple: to create a welcoming space where industry colleagues can build meaningful connections while supporting the continued growth of travel in the Bay Area.
Events are typically held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at venues throughout the region and are open to members and invited guests. Through these gatherings, we hope to cultivate both professional opportunities and lasting friendships among our community.
As we launch our membership program, we look forward to continuing to grow the Bay Area Travel Mixer with the support of our members, supplier partners, and the broader travel industry.
